Honda Accord
Honda prices for the new Accord, CR-Z and Insight are also quite reasonable. The base Accord Sedan has a price tag of just $21,680, while the sophisticated Accord Plug-In starts out at $39,780. The CR-Z costs $19,975, and the Insight starts at $18,600.
The cost of the hybrid Plug-In may seem high, but the car's shocking 124 mpg in the city and 105 mpg on the highway may justify the price. The Accord Sedan gets 27 mpg in the city and 36 on the highway. If you're interested in a purely electric car, the Honda Fit EV might be right for you. It has a combined fuel-efficiency rating of 118 mpg.
Honda SUVs and minivans
If you're looking for a larger vehicle, Honda's got you covered. The company offers several crossover vehicles, including the Crosstour, CR-V and Pilot. The Crosstour starts out at $27,230 and gets an estimated 22 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. The CR-V is slightly more affordable, costing $22,795 and getting 23 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway.
The Pilot is larger in size and in price, with the base model costing $29,520. Even when compared to large family vehicles, Honda prices are competitive. The company's popular minivan, the Odyssey, has an MSRP of $28,675, and Honda's truck, the Ridgeline, starts at $29,450.
