Chrysler prices for this year's lineup are reasonable, considering what the customer is getting. While Chrysler certainly isn't a name that the car-buying public associate with luxury or a long list of features, each of the vehicles in this year's catalogue performs respectably well against its rivals in the domestic market.

Reply! is a good place to start wading through the Chrysler prices and reviews, as it's rare to see the entire list of a manufacturer's offerings compared side by side along with a more general consideration of prices. This article will consider each of Chrysler's main models: the 200, the 300 and the Town & Country in terms of their performance, economy and price.

Chrysler 200

Chrysler prices: Chrysler 200The Chrysler 200 is the entry level of Chrysler ownership for a good reason. Its base model runs on an efficient 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers a solid 173 hp. It gets 18 to 21 mpg in the city, with a reasonable 27 to 31 mpg for highway driving.

The Chrysler 200 is a Top Safety Pick with six airbags in the sedan model, traction control and active front head restraints. Chrysler prices the 200 at between $18,995 and $32,820.

Chrysler 300

The Chrysler 300 picks up where the 200 leaves off. This full-size rear-wheel sedan has a 3.6-liter V6, which can be counted on for a nice, powerful 292 hp at 5,500 rpm. It's possible to upgrade that to a larger 5.7-liter V8, which will be good for 363 hp.

The 300 has a number of standard safety features, which include anti-lock brakes, side curtain airbags for both the driver and the passenger and a sophisticated electronic stability system. The Chrysler 300 has an MSRP of between $30,145 and $48,250.

Chrysler Town & Country

Chrysler Town & CountryChrysler prices being what they are, it just wouldn't be right to expect the 2013 Town & Country to hang the moon and the stars where it comes to luxury. It does, however, manage to take the biscuit relative to its cousin, the Dodge Grand Caravan.

The Town & Country comes with a standard rear-seat DVD entertainment system and two USB ports, should anybody have a smartphone to charge. Up to seven people can fit into the Town & Country, and they'll all get where they're going on time, as under the hood is a strong 3.6-liter V6 that's good for 283 hp delivered to the front wheels.

As befits a minivan, the safety features are generous, with the usual side curtain air bags, anti-lock brakes and backup camera. In addition, buyers have the choice to upgrade the van's safety package with rear parking sensors and a blind spot warning system that might just come in handy one day. It gets a respectable 17 mpg with city driving and an even better 25 mpg for the open road. Chrysler prices the whole package with an MSRP that runs between $30,530 and $40,745.
