Auto makers seem to finally understand that people spend more time inside their vehicle than looking at the exterior. Today's car interiors are usually comfortable spaces that are filled with the latest technology and amenities. The 2013 Cadillac XTS takes the lead with the best luxury interior by combining passenger space, high-end accessories and high-quality materials to create a luxury interior that beats the rest.

Cadillac XTS
Cadillac XTSThe 2013 Cadillac XTS focuses on bringing the best of everything together in its interior and then making use of the space to achieve the highest functionality possible. From subtle ambient lighting to microfiber suede headliners, there is little more anyone could want from a car. However, all of this luxury does come at a cost, and you can expect to pay between $44,000 and $58,000 for a 2013 XTS. The good news is that along with the luxury interior, the price of the Cadillac XTS also gets you a high-performance car that gets 17 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.

The analog gauges in the dash also come with a heads-up display that projects critical information, such as current speed, onto the windshield where it is in the driver's line of vision. The car also has driver and passenger 10-way power seats with lumbar support, bucket seating in the front, one-touch power windows, heated mirrors and reverse tilt mirrors that allow a view of the curb when the car is in reverse. There is a tilting and telescoping steering wheel, 12V power outlets in the front and rear, an air filtration system, front and rear reading lights, and dual-zone climate control.

Infotainment system
In line with the best luxury interior, Cadillac's new CUE infotainment system makes its debut inside the 2013 XTS. The CUE features a touchscreen panel in the center stack that allows easy access to climate, phone, navigation and audio controls. CUE can also use traditional apps, alter some of the vehicle's settings and access the OnStar system. The system uses haptic feedback, a very subtle vibration felt in the fingertips, to let the operator know when something has been activated on the CUE, which allows the driver's eyes to stay off the screen and on the road. When you purchase a Cadillac XTS, you would also receive an iPad to help with the CUE setup and customization.
